Warranty, refund and return policy

Warranty

  • Art lab offers a warranty of one year from the day of delivery for any damage / defect caused by inappropriate production and affecting the functionality of the product (we reserve the right to analyse and determine how to repair and/or replace some parts during the warranty period)

  • Repairing or changing spare parts will not extend the warranty period.

  • Regarding discovery of damage / defect on the day of delivery, the customer is required to take picture of packing and advise us on that day, the claim needs to be filed within 3 days after delivery date.

  • Should the customer continue using the said damaged / defect goods, the warranty terms will become null and void.

  • The consignee should take pictures of their order (6 sides of the package) before and after opening the packages.

  • The colour of a sculpture/ outdoor furniture should remain intact for at least one year if placed outside, except if placed close to the sea and/or exposed to a high corrosion risk.

  • If damage occurs during transit, we will either offer full refund upon receipt of the returned item (shipping is at the expense of the customer), pay for repair if fixable or send a new item if it cannot be fixed or if repair cost is higher than replacing it.

  • If the damage does not affect the functionality of the product but only its appearance, we will offer partial refund based on the degree of damage.

Warranty exclusion

  • Any damage / defect caused by inappropriate use of goods or incorrect assembly.

  • Any damage / defect caused by food & drink stains or cigarette burns

  • Any damaged / defect from incorrect maintenance such as inappropriate cleaning products.

  • Any damage / defect caused by natural disasters such as flood, fire.

  • A minor difference in colour or material from pictures in our media.

  • If a customer decides to repair themselves, the warranty will become null and void.

  • This warranty does not apply to consignment products.
